After shipment, please allow 4–6 business days for delivery, depending on your location and selected shipping method. We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
For international orders, applicable import duties, taxes, and fees may be calculated and charged at checkout where supported. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not set by us.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This allows you to follow your package throughout its journey.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

YSNG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once a purchase is completed, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the shipment. Please contact USPS, UPS, or your local postal carrier directly to locate your package or file a lost package claim.
YSNG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
